- Open the platform. Use the official web address in your browser, or the app if you have installed it.
- Pick your country code. It often defaults to +91, but check it. A wrong code is the top reason logins fail.
- Enter your registered mobile number. Digits only.
- Enter your password. Use the eye icon to make sure it is typed correctly.
- Complete the OTP if asked. New devices sometimes trigger an SMS check.
Login not working? Try these in order
The list runs from the most common fix to the least, so most people are back in within the first two or three steps.
- Turn off autofill and type the password yourself. Saved passwords from an old account cause most "wrong password" errors.
- Re-check the country code and make sure it is not typed twice.
- Ask for a new OTP and wait a full minute. Requesting several in a row often means typing an expired one.
- Make sure the link still works. Gaming platforms change web addresses from time to time. An old bookmark can show a blank or broken page that looks like an account problem. Use the button on this site or the link pinned in our Telegram group.
- Switch network or browser. Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or another browser. This rules out a connection or DNS issue quickly.
- Clear the app cache on Android: Settings › Apps › the app › Storage › Clear cache. Do not clear data unless support tells you to.
- Reinstall the app only from the official website, never from a file sent in a chat.
Forgot your password
Tap Forgot password on the login screen. You will verify your mobile number with an OTP and then choose a new password. If you have lost the SIM linked to the account, the self-service reset will not work: contact support from inside the app and be ready to confirm your account details.
When the OTP never arrives
- Look in the spam, blocked or promotions folder of your SMS app.
- Pause any SMS-blocking or DND app for a moment.
- Make sure the SIM is in the phone and has signal. Wi-Fi calling does not always deliver codes.
- Wait 60 seconds between requests. Too many attempts can trigger a temporary lock.
Locked or restricted accounts
Accounts are usually restricted for security reasons (too many wrong attempts), during a verification check, or because the platform detected duplicate accounts. Only the operator can lift a restriction. Contact in-app support, explain calmly, and keep screenshots of any messages you receive.
Keep your login safe
- Never share your password or OTP, including with "agents" or "support" on WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Log out on shared phones and computers.
- Avoid lookalike sites. Check the address before typing your password.
- Do not install modified "VIP" or "hack" versions of the app. They are built to steal logins.

Accounts are normally tied to a mobile number. Use the number you registered with.
Can I use the same account on two phones?
Yes, you can sign in on another device, though a new device may ask for an OTP. Log out of devices you no longer use.

The web address has probably changed. Use the link on this site or the latest one posted in the official Telegram group.
